The Data Protection Act 2018 is the UK's implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). ADAS has robust protocols in place to ensure compliance with GDPR and will never share data in a way that identifies an individual participant.
All data are uploaded onto a secure server and all personal data are stored in password protected files which can only be accessed by specific members of the project team.
Data are anonymised by use of a unique identification code which ensures that the field observations are separated from any personal data. We will never share your personal data outside of the immediate project team.

Requests for higher resolution data should be made using the Data Request Form from within the Interactive Platform. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
